Scheduling a Workshop:
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a workshop with me. Please note that I balance teaching with writing, designing, preparing for market, and, of course, my family. I book one year in advance (unless for a cruise) and take time off during the summer and December. Stack a New Deck!A sewing and designing workshop which enables students to enjoy the freedom of designing quilts using curved and/or straight seams. Come along on a curvaceous trip of stacking, slicing, shuffling and stitching as students learn to use a unique freeform template process. Students will enjoy using many fabrics and values. Rag/Raw Edge QuiltsChoose from the following patterns, *Oh Christmas Tree!, *Oh Christmas Tree! Dressed for the Holidays, the Christmas Wreath, Lazy Daisy, *Frosty, *The Christmas Mini Series or A Fish out of Water. This fun workshop teaches the popular "rag edge" and or “raw edge appliqué” methods with patterns ranging from easy to advanced. Requires cutting squares ahead of time. |
